What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

How do I get in?

Check-in is keyless. About one week before your stay, we'll send you a personal access code for the smart lock.

How many guests can stay?

Up to 8 guests. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor (two kings and a daybed with trundle) plus a queen Murphy bed in the basement game room.

Is there a minimum age to book?

Yes, the primary renter must be at least 22.

Are pets allowed?

No. Sundrift Lakehouse is a pet-free home to help guests with allergies.

Can we smoke at the house?

No, smoking isn't allowed.

When can we use the kayaks and paddleboards?

The 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards are available April through October.

Are the fire pits wood-burning?

Both fire features are gas: a fire table on the upper deck and a fire pit on the lower lakeside deck, with propane provided. The grill is propane too.

Is it a good fit for little ones?

Yes. Children and infants are welcome, and there's a Pack ’n Play and toddler items in the Bedroom 2 closet.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is included, along with Roku Smart TVs throughout the house.

Are there cameras at the property?

There are two exterior security cameras, one facing the front door and one facing the garage door and walkway. They record short motion-triggered clips and aren't actively monitored. Indoor sensors monitor noise, temperature, smoke and air quality only and don't record audio or video. There are no cameras inside the home.
