Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 – King Suite: king bed, ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, and sliding doors with lake views
• Bedroom 2 – King Bedroom: king bed, plus a Pack ’n Play and toddler items in the closet
• Bedroom 3 – Rest & Recharge: daybed with trundle, a desk, and a yoga mat, blocks, resistance bands and foam roller
• Basement: queen-size Murphy bed in the game room

Bathrooms

• King Suite bath: tiled walk-in shower, jetted soaking tub and double vanity
• Hall bath: tub/shower combination and single vanity

Living & dining

The open-concept living room flows into the kitchen, with a gas fireplace, a Roku Smart TV, books for a slow afternoon and the Infinity Game Table. The glass atrium dining room seats 6–7 at the table plus 2 at the bar, and it's bright and airy for long breakfasts and late conversations.

Fully stocked kitchen

Keurig dual coffee maker, toaster, multiple slow cookers, NutriBullet blender, waffle stick maker, breakfast sandwich maker, plus cookware, baking and pizza pans and glass food-storage containers. Whether it's a quick breakfast or a family feast, it's covered.

Basement game room

A large sectional with an oversized ottoman that converts into a game table, a 75” Roku Smart TV, Pac-Man/Galaga and Golden Tee arcade games, and the queen Murphy bed.

Outdoors

• On the water (April–October): a double kayak with fishing-pole holder, a fishing kayak, a single kayak and 2 paddleboards
• Upper deck: gliding Adirondack chairs and a gas fire table (propane provided)
• Lower lakeside deck: Adirondack chairs, a gas fire pit (propane provided) and a seasonal hammock
• Grill & games: Weber propane grill (propane provided) and a cornhole set

• Keyless check-in: smart locks, with your personal access code sent about a week before arrival
• Laundry: washer, dryer and iron
• Pet-free home to help guests with allergies
• Security & privacy: two exterior cameras (one facing the front door, one facing the garage door and walkway) record short motion-triggered clips and aren't actively monitored. Indoor sensors monitor noise, temperature, smoke and air quality only; they don't record audio or video.
